15 tips to combat writer's block

  1. Get paper and ink.

  2. Find a spot, by this I mean THE spot, that place in which you can dissolve into your own self.

  3. Breathe in deep, connect, you are not alone, be embraced.

  4. Exhale and get ready to work.

  5. Know what you want to say, not how to say, ahead of hand.

  6. Let words guide your thought so that it may be expresses with upmost clarity.

  7. Do not, under any circumstance, think you are anyone allowed to judge your own creature.

  8. Detach from the responsibility that something important has been endowed on you.

  9. Have fun!

  10. Words are the beginning and the end of everything, and whatever can be in-between.

  11. Do not underestimate honesty, literature is not a great hideout.

  12. Be professional, that is, dedicate a specific amount of your schedule to the task at hand, no matter if it flows or not.

  13. Do not try to control everything, Literature is like a garden, made of organic matter.

  14. Be real but know well how to lie.

  15. Who the fuck am I to be giving you all these wisdom for free! ;) (lol)
